All orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK. We partner with Royal Mail for domestic delivery and DHL for international shipping, ensuring a seamless experience from dispatch to arrival. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its journey.

We deliver across the UK and Europe.
Delivery to PO Box addresses is not available.
DELIVERY COSTS
UK standard delivery is £3.49.
Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over £150.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared within 3 working days prior to dispatch. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next day delivery is not currently available.
ORDER COLLECTION
We do not offer in-person collection.
All orders are delivered directly to your address. Courier collection can be arranged upon request.
Return & Exchange
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
As our products are classified as hygienic, items must remain unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact. We may request images prior to approval.
Items that do not meet these requirements, or are sent without prior approval, may be returned to you at your cost.
Once received, all items are carefully inspected. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, and exchanges processed accordingly.
